Volunteers are offered low-cost opportunties to live on mission for God and build lasting relationships in the communities they serve, whether that is in their hometown or abroad.
Hosts are able to help serve the Kingdom through providing a place for volunteers to stay and do volunteer work, as well as through mentoring and helping integrate the volunteer into the community they will be serving.
Nonprofits are offered volunteers that can help to facilitate programs which can alleviate financial stress from personnel costs, and the mid- to long-term committment of the volunteer helps to bring efficiency.
